Montenegro – Culture within the international context and European integration

This article from Aleksandra Boskovic, Adviser for International Relations in the Department of Cultural and Artistic Creativity was written after a Forum for Young Leaders organized by the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy in February 2011 in Berlin, and called “Art as Cultural Diplomacy: The Role of the Arts in Shaping Europe’s Future”.

It raises different questions about this small and pretty new country from the Adriatic coast, including cultural and artistic programmes, its integration to EU.
